FAQ of the Day: Q: What's "4 over 4" mean? I see it written as 4/1 or 4/4 but I just don't get it. A: Great question. In fact, we hear it often. "4 over 4" is a printing term used to describe a color specification. In other words, if your new business card artwork features full color artwork on both the front and the back, it would be designated 4/4. If, on the other hand, your card is only printed with full color front and one color back, it would be defined as 4/1. |
